I understand that every remedy is made to order. We do not offer same day or next day shipping. Larger orders take longer to ship. I understand that shipping time reflects remedy preparation plus shipping time

Speed of dispensing remedies is based on how many orders are in the order queue.

NEW: When a package is marked as delivered by the USPS, we have no recourse, and they will not investigate further even if we contact your local postal station.

While we previously trusted patients and reshipped missing orders in these situations, we have unfortunately experienced a significant amount of fraud over the past year—specifically from individuals claiming non-delivery despite tracking confirmation and then requesting a refund. Because we are a busy apothecary dispensing a large volume of orders, it took us some time to identify this pattern.

We explored what other companies do in this case, and almost all have policies stating that if the order shows as delivered, no further action is taken. We have also experienced situations where we refunded an order, but the patient contacted their bank anyway to get reimbursed twice, resulting in a double loss for us. 

Therefore, we are unable to issue a refund or a replacement for an order that has been marked as delivered.

I agree that:

  • I am a member
  • I am a Practitioner or I am under the care of a Practitioner.
  • I have typed my Practitioners name in the order notes section of the shopping cart
  • Checked my order for accuracy; remedy, potency and size.
  • Checked my addresses for accuracy; shipping & billing.
  • Selected the appropriate shipping; no first class mail envelopes for liquid remedies. If I choose a first class mail padded envelope for liquid remedy order anyway I understand that my order will not process and a refund will be issued.
  • Typed year for Cease remedy orders in this format (2019)

I understand that shipping time reflects remedy preparation plus shipping time. In other words it may take 1 to 5 business days to make the remedy plus 3-12 days of shipping time (priority mail - US domestic). USPS shipping delays have increased.

Remedies are made to order and not returnable. If you have made an error on your order pharmacy protocol prevents us from receiving the order back, even unopened. 

If we have made an error on your order please contact us by email - homeopathic.apothecary@gmail.com and we will resolve the error post-haste!
