CUSTOMER SERVICE

Remote position. 20 hours per week.

Knowledge of product base including CEASE and HP codes.

Answering email, tracking shipping, resolving dispensing errors, lost packages and other customer service issues including order cancellation and refund, potency changes, shipping address corrections.

SHIPPING CLERK (2)

In person position, Olympic Penninsula, Washington.

20 hours per week. 11:00am - 3:00pm.

Able to work independently. Packing and shipping orders. Tracking and ordering shipping supply inventory.
