Dear Wholesalers and Practitioners,

You can request a wholesale catalog by e-mail or phone (888) 746-3828 with verifiable company information (business name, contact name, mailing address, web address, resale license number or Practitioner credentials)

Wholesalers with a current resale license on file in our office receive a 40% discount on all regular price products, $100 minimum order. Practitioners receive a 20% discount with a $50 minimum order.
